"We certainly have (passed the trigger point of 30 resdients) and I’m pleased to advise you that the BDUK should be approved early part of next week (6-10 Dec 2021). We have made steps to provision resource to connect Billinghay, Digby and Scopwick and this is in the planning phase. I’m confident that we can start the build in January. I’ll provide more information once I know more from the planners and BDUK of course".
