Nick Grace of Grace Machin has booked the Village Hall on Wednesday, 6 October between 1.00pm and 8.00pm.
This is a Pre Planning Application Presentation to give interested parties in the Parish information on what is being proposed for the redevelopment of the Limes. It is also to guage local reaction to the proposals before going forward with a formal application for Planning Permission.
Each house in the Parish should eceive a flyer from Grace Machin with the invitation to the meeting. Nick Grace has also been asked to identify two times when he will make a personal presentation so that people may collect to voice their opinions in the presence of others rather than individually looking at the proposals and not comunicating their thoughts.
The Limes has been a focal point within Scopwick for many years and any redevolopment proposal is an important issue.
It has now been established that the architect will make a personal presentation at 6.00pm to whatever group of people are there at that time.
